Call to Order:          

 

The president called the meeting to order at 7:34 p.m. and followed with the Pledge of Allegiance. 

 

Board Actions:

 

Approved:  On Motion by Michelle Hamdan, seconded by Vickie Plumley, with all in favor dispensed the reading of the minutes of last year’s budget hearing on May 11, 2004.   Meeting then turned over to Mr. Patzwald.

 

Budget Comments:  Mr. Lawrence Patzwald reviewed the 2005-2006 budget in detail using the School Budget brochure available at the meeting.  All areas of Administrative, Capital and Program expenses were discussed, with no questions asked.

 

Mrs. Patricia Gibbs and Mr. Jules Comeau, candidates for the board seat,  were both given a few moments to ask the public for their support.  Meeting then turned over to Mrs. Gibbs.

 

Mrs. Gibbs noted the school budget vote is next Tuesday, May 17, 2005 from 2:00 – 8:00 p.m. in the cafeteria.

 

Adjourn:  On Motion by Brian Farr, seconded by Michelle Hamdan, with all in favor, the Board adjourned at 8:10 p.m.
