Call to Order: The president called the meeting to order at 7:03 a.m.

Approved: On Motion by Michelle Hamdan, seconded by Donna Clark, with all in favor, the Board casts it’s vote for Mr. Thomas P. Derouchie as the new member of the Franklin-Essex-Hamilton Board of Cooperative Educational Services.

Adjournment: On Motion by Hallie Bond, seconded by Donna Clark, with all in favor, the Board adjourned at 7:04 a.m.
