Motion to go into Executive Session by Hillarie Logan-Dechene, seconded by Donna Clark, with all in favor at 7:04 p.m. Items to be discussed: personnel issues.

Motion to come out of Executive Session by Donna Clark, seconded by Hillarie Logan-Dechene, with all in favor at 8:45 p.m.

Adjournment: On Motion by Hillarie Logan-Dechene, seconded by Hallie Bond, with all in favor, the Board adjourned at 8:46 p.m.
