This is Mrs. Phillips-LeBlanc’s second year at Long Lake Central School. She received a BS in Environmental Studies from the University of Vermont and a Masters in Teaching from SUNY Plattsburgh. She holds a NYS Certification in Early Childhood Education. For the past twenty years, Mrs. LeBlanc has been involved with county youth through her work in drug prevention services, arts-in-education and as a parent volunteer. Mrs. LeBlanc enjoys reading, hiking, gardening, snowboarding and most especially, time with her family.
