Mrs. Phillips-LeBlanc began teaching at Long Lake Central School in 2006.  She received a BS in Environmental Studies from the University of Vermont and a Masters in Teaching from SUNY Plattsburgh.  She holds a NYS Certification in Early Childhood Education.  Mrs. Phillips-LeBlanc teaches the newly formed third/fourth grade class.  Mrs. LeBlanc lives in Indian Lake with her husband Andy and her sons Garrett and Zakari.  Mrs. LeBlanc enjoys reading, hiking, gardening, kayaking, traveling and most especially, time with her family.
