Mrs.
Hall is in her 32nd year of teaching at Long Lake Central. Her
first year in teaching she taught kindergarten and title 1 reading and math.
Her next 25 years, she taught 3rd grade and in 2001 she started
teaching 1st grade. Ssince Mrs. O'Hara's retirement in 2005 she
and Mrs. Parent have taken over the teaching of 2nd grade as well. For her
undergraduate work, she attended SUNY Potsdam. Since then, she has taken 61
hours in other course work and workshops. She is permanently certified to teach N (preK)- 9th grade with
English as her 7-9 major. At school Mrs. Hall keeps score for basketball games,
is a member of the PTSA, and is now the Long Lake Central Representative to
the Teacher Center Policy Board. Her interests include sports, painting, reading,
traveling, camping, canoeing and especially working with kids.
